On Thursday 9th March, Tony and Joao were privileged to attend The Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers Spring Dinner where they were honoured to join the organisation that forms part of the history and heritage of the City of London.
The membership of The Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers represents every single facet of the taxi trade – from the taxi drivers to vehicle manufacturers, fleet operators, insurers, accountants, technology providers, repairers.
As per the Royal Charter, ComCab London, represented by Tony and Joao, commit to raise public awareness of the high standards of the London Hackney Carriage trade and industry and to work to ensure continuous improvement in the health of of the industry through managed growth and development, ensuring that the London cab trade remains attractive to those passengers who live or work in London and preserving the elements of the industry that are considered irreplaceable – such as ‘The knowledge of London’.
